I am a focused and well organized individual. I am able to plan and manage my own time and work load. I have an extremely varied and knowledgeable work history of over 15 years. I enjoy working in fast paced and sometimes difficult situations or tough environments. I am good at planning activities, keeping records, checking detail and following set ways of doing things. I have worked in health and social throughout my career some have been great some unfortunately haven’t and I have I don’t believe in breaking the care law. The main reason I have enjoyed and still enjoy my job as a career is because i believe through well-structured Live care, and can lead a dignified and fulfilling life. I will always continue to work in this field as I believe it is a job it's my passion. I love care and I am competent and compassionate about my work. My skills include: Effective communicator, expert in clients’ needs assessments, I am trustworthy and a great friend to be around. and successfully completing all my training with them gaining more certificates. I have my NVQ level 2in Health and Social Care, and i have my care certificates too.
